Every journal is handcrafted by The Borrowed Hour using genuine leather and carefully selected materials. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, markings, hardware placement, and embellishments are expected and make every journal unique.
Custom Orders
Custom journals are created based on the information you provide during checkout.
By placing a custom order, you understand and agree that:

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Production & Shipping
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on current order volume.
The Borrowed Hour is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, logos, branding, written content, and website images are the property of The Borrowed Hour and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Borrowed Hour is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
