Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting The Borrowed Hour. Every journal is handcrafted by me, one at a time, with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Custom journals are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, I'll keep you updated.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from my processing time.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, I cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item so I can work with you on a resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office first. If you still need assistance, I'll do my best to help.
